Find answers to your Long Beach, WA vacation rental FAQs, from beach access and dogs to hot tubs and booking. I own and manage all five Beachhousewa homes and have gathered the questions guests ask most.

  1. What are the best areas to stay in Long Beach, Washington?

For a quieter coastal stay with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk, I like the area just north of downtown Long Beach. All five Beachhousewa homes are about a five-minute drive from downtown and within walking distance of the Pacific Ocean.

  2. How far are Beachhousewa vacation rentals from the beach?

All five homes are within walking distance of the beach. Ocean Trail is oceanfront, with a private trail through the dunes that takes about three minutes. Seagrass is about four minutes away on foot, Clark about six minutes, Lewis about six minutes, and Beach Cabin about six to seven minutes. Walking times are approximate.

  3. Are there oceanfront vacation rentals in Long Beach, WA?

Yes. Ocean Trail is my oceanfront vacation rental with Pacific views and a private beach trail through the dunes. It has six bedrooms, sleeps up to 10 guests, and includes two game rooms, a private hot tub, and an outdoor fireplace.

  4. What is the difference between oceanfront and a rental near the beach?

Ocean Trail is oceanfront, with ocean views and its own trail through the dunes. Seagrass, Beach Cabin, Lewis and Clark are not oceanfront, but all are close enough to walk to the beach. Choose based on whether ocean views or simply easy beach access matter most to your group.

  5. Does Seagrass have an ocean view?

Yes. The two upstairs suites at Seagrass have ocean views, although the house itself is not oceanfront. The beach is approximately a four-minute walk away.

  1. How many guests can stay in each Beachhousewa home?

Ocean Trail sleeps up to 10 guests in six bedrooms, and Seagrass sleeps up to 10 in five bedrooms. Beach Cabin has two bedrooms and sleeps up to six. Lewis and Clark each have two bedrooms and accommodate four guests inside the house. Approved RV use at Lewis or Clark may allow two additional guests in the RV. Both have an RV electrical box and water spigot right next to a generous parking space.

  2. Which Long Beach vacation rental is best for families?

For larger families, compare Seagrass and Ocean Trail. Seagrass offers a large game room, private hot tub, volleyball, and outdoor games.
